Precise climate chambers are essential for controlled environments in the laboratory. Poly Temp supplies a broad range of climate chambers from Thermo Scientific, designed for stability testing, plant growth, cell culture and controlled storage. The range varies from compact units to spacious 750-litre models. This way, you always find the model that suits your application.
Poly Temp’s climate chambers precisely control temperature (0 to 70°C), humidity (10 to 90% RH) and where required CO2 (0 to 20%). Thanks to energy-efficient Peltier technology and active humidification, you guarantee stable conditions with low energy consumption. Moreover, the chambers operate without harmful refrigerants. This makes them suited for demanding applications such as cell and tissue culture or microbiological research.
Climate chambers feature advanced safety and monitoring functions. Think of door and temperature alarms, optional door locks and programmable cycles. Data logging in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 via USB, Ethernet or Thermo Cloud ensures reliable process recording. The touchscreen additionally provides intuitive operation and clear programming.
The inner chambers are manufactured from stainless steel with rounded corners. This makes cleaning straightforward and reduces the risk of contamination. Internal power outlets and access ports for external sensors furthermore make the chambers flexibly deployable. You choose between solid or glass doors for protection and visual inspection without opening.
You use climate chambers for stability testing, microbial incubation and controlled storage of sensitive materials. In the pharmaceutical industry, they are indispensable for ICH stability testing and GMP applications. In clinical laboratories, you use them for cell culture and diagnostic research. Climate chambers are also valuable in the food industry, for example for shelf-life testing and simulating storage conditions. Additionally, they are used in arable and horticultural research for plant growth experiments under controlled light and climate conditions.
Poly Temp climate chambers combine precision, energy efficiency and safety in a single unit. They deliver consistent performance for reliable results across a wide range of laboratory applications.
