The Athena A524i is a broadly deployable medical and industrial PC with Intel Core Ultra 5/7, a 24-inch anti-glare display and IP65 antibacterial housing. Also available as the cost-effective non-IP version (A524iO) for office environments.
The Athena A524i is a powerful all-in-one PC for applications where performance, reliability and hygiene must go hand in hand. As a medical and industrial PC it is broadly deployable: from treatment room and laboratory to production environment and technical service. The A524i runs on the Intel Core Ultra 5 125U or Ultra 7 155U (both 12 cores, 12 MB cache) with TPM security, 16 GB DDR4 (expandable to 96 GB) and a 256 GB M.2 NVMe SSD (up to 2 TB). With a processor base power of just 15 watts and total consumption of 32 watts, it combines performance with efficiency.
The 24-inch TFT LED display with anti-glare glass shows full HD (1920 x 1080) at 300 cd/m² brightness, 1000:1 contrast and a 178° viewing angle. Optionally the A524i comes with capacitive 10-point multi-touch. Via HDMI you connect an external 4K monitor (4096 x 2160), for example for image review or a second working screen.
The standard A524i has an IP65 dust- and waterproof, antibacterial housing for clinical rooms. If that protection is not required, for example at nurse stations, departmental desks and offices, the platform is also available as a cost-effective non-IP version: the A524iO. That way you standardize on one platform and only pay for the protection the workstation really needs.
On board: 2x USB 3.2, 2x USB 2.0, HDMI, RS232, LAN and audio, plus Wi-Fi (Intel AX210) and Bluetooth 5.3. An external 5 MP USB-C webcam with integrated speakers is available as a click-on option. The PC weighs 5.3 kg, is just 40 mm thin, has VESA mounting and runs Windows 11, Windows 10 or IGEL OS. Certified to IEC 60601-1 and 60601-1-2.
