The Athena AMT200 is a motorised mobile workstation for demanding healthcare environments. With electric height adjustment, an extra strong LiFePO4 battery and a fully modular build, this is the most complete medical trolley in the Athena range.
The Athena AMT200 is an advanced medical IT trolley for demanding, high-standard healthcare environments. This mobile workstation is built for intensive daily use: from medication rounds and ward visits to bedside registration. The AMT200 combines stable mobility with a robust construction and a high-capacity internal battery, keeping the workstation available for a full shift. Athena designs and supplies its medical IT solutions from the Netherlands.
The big difference with the other Athena trolleys: the AMT200 has a motorised lift mechanism (DC 12V, max. 7.2 A, 500 N push). At the touch of a button you move the work surface steplessly from 80 to 110 cm and the monitor from 112 to 153 cm. That makes posture changes effortless, even with a fully loaded workstation, and prevents physical strain when adjusting. Prefer manual operation? The AMT200 is also available with hand-operated height adjustment.
The internal 40 Ah LiFePO4 battery provides ample capacity for long shifts and lasts considerably longer than regular lithium-ion batteries. The LED indicator (green-orange-red) continuously shows the charge status. Cables come factory-fitted: three USB 2.0 cables and a LAN cable are ready for your equipment, and the three-metre retractable power cable makes charging at any socket easy, without loose cables on the floor.
The AMT200 has DIN rails on the left and right (optionally also at the back) for drawer blocks, device holders and accessories. The spacious 510 x 580 mm work surface and the wide 260 x 536 mm keyboard tray hold a keyboard, mouse and scanner. The gas-spring monitor arm carries screens of 5 to 10 kg (VESA 75/100). If desired, you configure the trolley with a medical-grade 24-inch all-in-one PC into a complete, future-proof medication and registration workstation. An integrated RFID reader is optionally available for secure access.
The frame combines an aluminium alloy, stainless steel and MDF with a medical-grade coating: easy to disinfect and resistant to intensive use. Four castors (ø 125 mm, two lockable at the front) and a front transport handle ensure stable, safe movement. The AMT200 complies with CE, RoHS, NEN/EN/IEC 3140 and NEN/EN/IEC 62353 and features class 2 double insulation. Mechanical parts and the power system carry a two-year warranty.
Choose the AMT200 when you need a complete, electrically adjustable mobile workstation for intensive use. For smaller rooms the compact Athena AMT160 is a good alternative, and for an entry budget the Athena AMT500.
