The Gambro DF-200 blood bag freezing press flattens a 200 mL blood bag. Two plates press the bag into a uniform thickness. This lets the sample freeze evenly in the CryoMed Controlled-Rate Freezer. The press also suits CryoMacs 50 and 250 bags.
This compact model has a 20.3 x 21.6 cm pressing surface. You place several presses side by side in the freezing chamber. The number depends on the CryoMed model. This lets you freeze several blood bags at once in a controlled way.
