The LN2 cylinder hand truck is intended for moving liquid nitrogen cylinders. You tilt the cylinder against the truck and move it on two wheels. This lets you move a heavy cylinder without lifting. That makes connecting to a Locator tank or fill point easier.
The truck is a separate aid for the LN2 supply of Thermo Scientific cryogenic storage. You use it to roll cylinders from storage to the tank. The low centre of gravity keeps the cylinder stable while moving. This lets you work more safely with large gas cylinders.
