The n-Lock air locks and decon hatches from Nordic Labtech deliver maximum protection and contamination control in biolabs, cleanrooms and high-security environments. An air lock forms the safe barrier through which materials are transferred between zones of different cleanliness classes, without breaching the separation between dirty and clean. Passive, active or with decontamination spray system

The n-Lock range is fully configurable. You choose from passive models, active models or versions with a built-in decontamination spray system, heated or cooled. Passive pass boxes are a cost-effective solution for safely transferring materials between zones. Active models feature built-in HEPA filter cartridges for optimal air purification inside the air lock. The decon variants with spray system apply a decontamination agent directly inside the hatch, for the highest degree of contamination control in high-security facilities.

Smart interface or cost-effective interlock

Depending on your requirements, you choose a smart, microprocessor-controlled interface for seamless operation and logging, or a robust and cost-effective interlock. The interlock ensures that only one side can be opened at a time, so the barrier between the dirty and clean side is never breached simultaneously. The tight doors with gasket and compression handle, optionally fitted with a bioseal, seal the air lock airtight and guarantee a safe barrier between your zones.

Hygienic, durable and flexible to install

Every n-Lock pass box is built from hygienic and durable AISI304 stainless steel, with AISI316 optional for the most demanding applications. Large viewing doors allow easy monitoring and safe handling of the contents. The air locks are flexible to install and can be placed side by side for an efficient layout of your cleanroom wall.
