The Termaks TS-Series is a range of forced convection drying ovens and hot air sterilizers up to +250 C, available in five volumes from 26 to 430 litres, with RMS monitoring, PID control, OLED display with PIN and MODBUS connectivity.
The Termaks TS-Series is a range of forced convection drying and heating ovens that are equally suited to dry heat sterilization. The forced air circulation distributes heat evenly throughout the chamber, giving you a stable and reproducible process. With a temperature range up to +250 C (the TS 9060 optionally up to 300 C), this laboratory drying oven covers both classic drying tasks and hot air sterilization of glassware, instruments and heat-resistant materials.
Fan speed is infinitely adjustable from 10 to 100% and the exhaust damper electronically from 0 to 100%, so you can match the airflow to your application, from gentle drying of delicate items to fast removal of moisture and vapours. The series comprises five models with a chamber volume of 26 to 430 litres, providing a suitable forced convection oven for every workbench and batch size.
Safety and process reliability come first. The redundant monitoring system RMS performs a dual sensor check and flags deviations in time, while a separate safety thermostat prevents overheating. Control runs via a clear OLED display with PIN protection, a K-sensor and a PID controller for accurate temperature holding. You program in real time with ramping, timer functions up to 99 hours and 59 minutes and repeatable programs.
Every TS oven features a MODBUS data port and a potential-free alarm contact for integration into your lab infrastructure. Via Connect (CTS, PC or Gateway) you can log data and receive remote support; software updates are handled easily via SD card. Optionally you can fit an H14 HEPA filter on the inlet air, and access ports for external sensors are available. The TS 9026, TS 9060 and TS 9135 models are stackable with an optional stacking kit; the large TS 9430 stands on lockable castors. The series complies with EN61010 and the EMC standards EN60730-1 and EN60730-2-14.

Yes. The TS-Series is suitable for hot air sterilization (dry heat sterilization) of glassware, instruments and other heat-resistant materials. The forced convection distributes heat evenly across the chamber for a reproducible sterilization process.
All models operate up to +250 C. The TS 9060 is optionally available up to 300 C. Temperature is controlled by a PID controller with K-sensor and held with a variation of +/- 1 C.
The range runs from the compact TS 9026 (26 L) to the TS 9430 (430 L). Choose the volume based on your batch size and number of shelves; the TS 9026, TS 9060 and TS 9135 run on 230 V, the larger TS 9260 and TS 9430 on 400 V. We are happy to advise you with a quote.
