The ceramic surface reaches a maximum of 400°C, optimized for the larger thermal mass. In addition, you can set the stirring speed continuously between 50 and 1500 rpm. Moreover, the electronic speed control ensures stability within ±5% at 1000 rpm, even under varying loads.

Integrated safety features

Firstly, the HOT TOP warning system activates a clear indicator as soon as the surface exceeds 50°C. Secondly, this warning remains visible until the plate has cooled down. In addition, the automatic over-temperature protection shuts off the heating element in case of overheating. Furthermore, all 230V models comply with the European standards EN 61010-1, EN 61010-2-010 and EN 61010-2-051.

Expandable with external temperature probe
