Description

Cimarec Telemodul 40 M and 80 M controllers for Mobil-series stirrers

The Thermo Scientific Cimarec Telemodul 40 M and 80 M controllers are powerful control units for the Mobil 200 and Mobil 600 large-volume magnetic stirrers. Firstly, these controllers deliver the high power required for stirring large volumes and viscous media up to 600 litres. Secondly, they maintain a constant speed, even when viscosity varies during the stirring process.

Powerful control for production and pilot plant

Firstly, the Telemodul 40 M delivers up to 40 W of power for heavy stirring tasks at volumes up to 600 litres. Secondly, the Telemodul 80 M with 80 W boost offers the highest power for the most demanding applications, such as viscous process fluids or media with high resistance. Moreover, both controllers operate within a speed range of 100 to 1,000 rpm, adjustable via a user-friendly panel.

Constant speed during viscosity changes

Firstly, both controllers automatically maintain the set speed when the viscosity of the medium changes. Secondly, the electronic speed control compensates for fluctuations during reactions or phase transitions. In addition, the clearly legible digital display offers continuous visibility of the current settings.

Integrated safety for industrial environments

Firstly, both M-series controllers feature thermal and electrical overload protection with automatic fault alert. Secondly, this protection safeguards both the controller and the connected Mobil stirrer against damage in case of overload. Moreover, the robust construction makes them suitable for pilot plant applications, pharmaceutical production and industrial laboratories in the food industry.

Firstly, the Thermo Scientific Cimarec Telemodul 40 M and 80 M are powerful controllers for the Cimarec Mobil 200 and Mobil 600 large-volume magnetic stirrers. Secondly, the Telemodul 40 M offers 40 W of power and the Telemodul 80 M a doubled boost power of 80 W for the heaviest stirring tasks with viscous media. Moreover, both controllers automatically maintain a constant speed during viscosity changes, with thermal and electrical overload protection plus fault alert via the digital display.

Choose delivery option

Two versions: 40 W on the Telemodul 40 M and 80 W boost on the Telemodul 80 M
Constant speed control during viscosity changes in the stirring medium
Thermal and electrical overload protection with automatic fault alert
Speed range 100 to 1,000 rpm with adjustable start-up times
Specifically designed for Cimarec Mobil 200 and Mobil 600 large-volume stirrers

What is the difference between the Telemodul 40 M and the Telemodul 80 M?

Firstly, both controllers are technically equivalent in terms of speed range, control functions and safety features. Secondly, the Telemodul 80 M offers a doubled boost power of 80 W compared to 40 W on the Telemodul 40 M. In addition, the 80 M is the preferred choice for highly viscous media or the heaviest stirring tasks at volumes approaching 600 litres.

Which Mobil stirrers work with the Telemodul 40 M and 80 M?

Firstly, these M-series controllers are specifically designed for the Cimarec Mobil 200 and Mobil 600 large-volume magnetic stirrers without integrated controller. Secondly, they do not work with the Mobil Direct (which has a built-in controller) or the smaller Mobil 10 and 25 (which use the Telemodul 10 M). Moreover, both M versions deliver the high shaft torque of 50 Ncm required by the Mobil 200 and 600.

What does constant speed control during viscosity changes mean?

Firstly, the controller continuously measures the actual rotation speed of the connected Mobil stirrer. Secondly, the electronic control automatically compensates when the viscosity of the medium changes during a reaction or phase transition. Moreover, this control prevents unintended speed dips or peaks that would disrupt the reproducibility of the stirring process.

What safety features does the M-series controller offer?

Firstly, both M-series controllers include thermal protection against overheating of internal components. Secondly, electrical overload protection switches off the output in case of overload or short circuit in the stirrer. Moreover, both controllers provide a visual fault alert via the display so that the cause can be quickly identified.

Are the Telemodul 40 M and 80 M suitable for GMP environments?

Firstly, these controllers do not feature an RS-232 interface like the Telemodul 40 C, so direct data logging via PC is not possible. Secondly, they are suitable for pilot plant and production environments where manual documentation of process parameters is sufficient. Moreover, the robust construction is designed for long-term daily use in industrial laboratories.
