Syboned offers three core solutions for conditioned spaces in the pharmaceutical sector and related industries.
Syboned realises cold and freezer rooms tailored to the specific temperature requirements of the pharmaceutical sector: from refrigerated storage spaces (2 to 8 °C) to deep freeze rooms for long-term storage. The conditioned spaces are constructed with high-quality insulated sandwich panels and fitted with certified refrigeration installations. Poly Temp Scientific supplies the refrigeration and freezing equipment placed within and adjacent to these spaces.
Syboned builds cleanrooms for the pharmaceutical industry that comply with ISO and GMP classifications. Cleanroom walls and ceilings are constructed with insulated sandwich panels featuring smooth, cleanable surfaces that do not generate particles. Doors and pass-through airlocks are fitted with interlock systems to prevent cross-contamination.
For product validation under extreme environmental conditions, Syboned realises test and simulation chambers capable of withstanding temperatures from -110 °C to +130 °C and relative humidity up to 98%. These chambers are custom designed based on the specific test criteria of the product, in close collaboration with the client and the technical installation specialists of the Pharma Alliance.
