PMT Benelux offers three core solutions for measurement, monitoring and validation in the pharmaceutical sector and cleanroom environments.
PMT Benelux represents an extensive range of particle counters for air, liquid, gas and chemically corrosive media, with sensitivity levels from 0.1 µm and flow rates up to 100 lpm. They are used for both point measurements and continuous cleanroom monitoring in accordance with ISO 14644-2, and for validation of cleanrooms and laminar flow cabinets in accordance with ISO 14644-1. Poly Temp Scientific supplies the flow cabinets for which periodic particle measurement is a requirement.
PMT Benelux is the exclusive distributor of Sievers (Veolia) water analysis systems for the Benelux. The TOC analysers, conductivity meters and endotoxin analysers comply with the US, European and Japanese Pharmacopoeia. PMT is the only player in the Benelux serving clients for all four critical parameters for pharmaceutical water. The Rapid Bioburden analyser addresses the new GMP Annex 1 and helps production companies gain better control over contamination control.
For microbial air quality control, PMT Benelux supplies active air samplers in accordance with ISO 14698. In addition, PMT offers Biotrak technology: a fluorescence method providing real-time insight into microbial presence without incubation waiting time. For pharmaceutical tablet preparation, PMT Benelux handles the sale and service of SOTAX test equipment for dissolution, physical tablet parameters and automated content determination.
